SO EXCITED to have my new favourite quote painted in watercolour and framed by the lovely and talented @heartofgraceco! "Age quod agis" is Latin for "do what you are doing". Too often today we get easily distracted from the task at hand and let our attention span lessen by all the technology around us. It's never been more important to stop, take some deep breaths and be present in the moment. Above all – do what you are doing!
